The Abracs Diamond Blade is a circular diamond cutting disc designed for use with angle grinders and cut-off saws, primarily for cutting masonry, concrete, natural stone, ceramic tiles and porcelain. It provides fast, accurate cuts by combining a hardened steel core with industrial diamond abrasive segments; available in continuous rim, segmented and turbo rim variants to suit wet or dry cutting methods and different material types.

Each blade is manufactured with a laser-welded or vacuum-brazed diamond segment depending on the model, using a metallic bond embedding high-grade synthetic diamonds for consistent wear characteristics. The core is high-tensile steel with anti-corrosion paint finish and stress-relief treatment to reduce run-out at high RPM.
