This is a 25 mm × 50 m roll of aluminium oxide (Alox) cloth-backed sandpaper intended for manual and light machine sanding where a narrow, continuous abrasive strip is required. Its primary use is for progressive material removal, deburring, edge blending and surface preparation on metals and wood; the narrow width makes it easy to cut to size for hand-held sanding sticks, small blocks, spindle sanders or bespoke finishing jigs.

The abrasive is a blue aluminium oxide grain bonded to a flexible, tear‑resistant cloth backing. Aluminium oxide is a general-purpose abrasive that combines good cutting rates with long life; the grain is suitable for use on steel, stainless steel, aluminium, hardwoods, composites and painted surfaces. The product is supplied as a continuous roll 25 mm wide and 50 metres long so you can cut bespoke lengths to suit the task. Grits are supplied to recognised FEPA (P‑grade) specification in accordance with ISO 6344; Duchy Fasteners stocks a range of grits from coarse to fine to match stripping, blending and finishing operations. (Drive type, head and thread are not applicable to coated abrasives.)
