Each core bit comprises industrial synthetic diamond grit embedded in a sintered bond and mounted on a high-strength steel body. The segment rim is engineered for dry cutting and rapid material removal while resisting wear. Finish options typically include an anti-corrosion coating on the steel body to reduce rust on the shank and threaded arbor. Abracs Dry Diamond Core Bits are manufactured to quality management standards (ISO 9001) and produced in accordance with applicable EN/BS safety and abrasive product standards (for example EN 13236 where relevant to bonded superabrasives).

These bits are supplied with common drive arrangements to suit typical power tools: threaded arbors for connection to angle grinders or core drill adaptors.
