This product is a 1,000 mm long wire mesh sleeve designed as a containment tube for injection resin (chemical) anchor installations; it provides a confined cavity inside drilled concrete or masonry where resin can be injected and a threaded stud or bar inserted to form a bonded anchor. The sleeve is principally used where a consistent resin bond and prevention of wash-out are required for deep or heavily loaded anchors.

The sleeve is manufactured from welded wire and is normally supplied in galvanised mild steel for general use, with stainless‑steel (AISI 316) versions available for marine or chemically aggressive environments. The internal diameter is intended to accommodate 18 mm diameter studs or threaded bar while the sleeve body is commonly labelled RCMS16 to denote compatibility with 16 mm drill hole regimes and standard resin systems.
