The M15 x 130mm perforated sleeve is an accessory for chemical (injection) anchor systems, designed to provide a secure mechanical key between the injected resin and an M15 threaded bar or anchor rod. Its primary use is to ensure full resin penetration around the threaded rod in drilled concrete or masonry holes, improving bond performance and preventing rotation of the rod during tightening or load cycling.

Manufactured from mild (low‑carbon) steel with an electro‑galvanised finish to BS EN ISO 4042, the sleeve is perforated along its length to allow resin flow and air escape so that a continuous, void‑free bond is formed. The component accepts M15 metric coarse thread rod (M15, ISO metric thread) and has an overall length of 130mm to provide an extended embedment zone suitable for medium to heavy duty anchoring. The sleeve has no driven head or external drive feature, as it is fitted inside the anchor hole and retained by the cured resin.

This perforated sleeve is intended for use with most common injection resin types (vinylester and polyester systems), subject to the resin manufacturer’s installation instructions and load tables. It is typically used in construction and civil engineering for structural fixings such as balustrades, handrails, steelwork connections, base plates, heavy machinery anchoring and façade attachments, and is common in MEP and industrial installation work where threaded rod anchors are required.
