This is a 410 ml, styrene‑free polyester injection resin supplied in a twin‑component cartridge for use as a bonded chemical anchor. It is formulated to secure threaded rods, rebar and drop‑in anchors into solid and hollow masonry and non‑cracked concrete where a fast curing, low‑odour adhesive is required. The resin dispenses through a static mixer to give a homogenous grey compound that cures to form a rigid bond between the fixing and the substrate.

The product is a polyester base resin with an integral peroxide catalyst system; it cures to a grey finish. It is supplied in 410 ml cartridges compatible with standard pneumatic or manual caulking guns and fitted static mixers. The resin is designed for use with metric threaded rods and rebar manufactured to ISO/BS dimensional and mechanical property standards (for example ISO 898‑1). Typical working times at 20°C are in the region of 4–6 minutes with functional cure under 60 minutes, though cure time will vary with ambient and substrate temperature. Service temperature of the cured resin is typically between -20°C and +80°C.

Typical applications include structural steel connections, anchoring balustrades and handrails, fixing window and door frames, mechanical and electrical supports, and secondary steelwork attachments in building, civil engineering, M&E and utilities projects. It is particularly useful where low odour is required for use in enclosed spaces, such as interior refurbishment or high‑occupancy areas.
