The Pure Epoxy Resin 385ml with nozzle is a two-component injection adhesive supplied in a 385 ml cartridge with a static mixer nozzle. It is designed to bond threaded bar, anchor bolts and rebar into drilled holes in concrete, masonry and structural stone where a chemical anchor is required rather than a mechanical fixing. Its primary use is for load-bearing post-installed anchors and repairs where reliable bond strength and low shrinkage are essential.

This product is a pure epoxy system (not polyester or vinylester), formulated for high modulus and low creep. The cartridge contains resin and hardener in a pre-measured ratio and the supplied static mixer ensures correct mixing on dispense. Typical handling characteristics at 20°C are a working time (gel time) of approximately 20–30 minutes and practical cure to service in around 24 hours, with cure rate dependent on substrate and ambient temperature. The recommended installation temperature range is approximately −5°C to +40°C subject to hole temperature and project specification. As a chemical anchor material it is suitable for use with metric threaded bars and bolts (commonly M8–M30) and with deformed rebar when used in accordance with design guidance.

Where relevant standards are concerned, Pure Epoxy Resin is suitable for applications where compliance with BS 8539 (selection and installation of post-installed anchors in concrete) and EN 1504-6 (anchoring systems for concrete) or equivalent EAD/ETA guidance is required; installers should follow manufacturer data and project specifications for embedment depths, hole cleaning and installation method. The cured epoxy provides excellent resistance to water and many industrial atmospheres, offering long-term adhesion and corrosion protection to embedded metal fixings; it is compatible with stainless and galvanised steel fixings when correct curing and galvanic considerations are observed.
