Rosett Cavity Fixings 5mm x 65mm are nylon cavity anchors designed to secure fittings into hollow partitions and plasterboard where a reliable grip behind the board is required. The fixing comprises a moulded polyamide (nylon) body with an integrated rosette that bears on the front face of the plasterboard and a matching zinc-plated steel screw that expands and locks the anchor in the cavity. The nominal diameter is 5mm with an overall length of 65mm, suitable for cavity depths and board-plus-cavity combinations of approximately 18–30mm.

The plastic body is manufactured from PA6 nylon to standard polymer industry specifications, providing good dimensional stability and resistance to ageing. The steel screw is zinc-plated to resist corrosion in internal environments and is supplied in a common strength class equivalent to ISO 898-1 Grade 4.8. The screw features a pan head with a Pozidriv (PZ2) drive for positive engagement with standard Pozidrive screwdrivers or bits. The fixing uses a coarse thread profile to pull the rosette firmly against the board as it expands behind the cavity.
