This product is a 1/2" taper, 1/2" bore PCL male screw tailpiece designed to join a length of hose or piping to a PCL-type quick-release coupling. It provides a pared-down, threaded connection where a tapered pipe thread forms the pressure seal and the 1/2" bore maintains unrestricted airflow for pneumatic tools and fittings.

The tailpiece is machined from dezincification-resistant brass (EN CW617N / BS EN 12164/12165) with a nickel-plated finish for improved corrosion resistance in workshop and outdoor environments. The screw thread is a 1/2" BSPT (taper) thread to BS 21 / ISO 7-1, suitable for pressure-tight joints when assembled with PTFE tape or thread sealant.
