This product is a 1/4in tapped x 3/8in bore hose connector intended for joining 3/8in internal diameter pneumatic hose to a 1/4in tapped port. It is a hose tail (barb) style connector with a 1/4in BSP female (tapped) thread on one end and a serrated 3/8in bore hose tail on the other, designed to be used in compressed air lines and general-purpose fluid transfer where a secure hose-to-threaded-port connection is required.

The body is machined from brass and finished with a nickel/chrome plating to improve surface corrosion resistance and wear behaviour in workshop environments.
