These 14 mm heavy-duty staples are U‑shaped staples designed for use in manual and powered heavy‑duty staplers (T‑type/T50 style) where a 14 mm leg length is required. Their primary use is fastening light timbers, upholstery, insulation, roofing felt, carpet underlay, packaging and general workshop joining where a robust, short‑leg staple is needed for secure fixing without protrusion through thin substrates.

Each staple is manufactured from low‑carbon steel wire with a heavy gauge suited to T50 stapleguns; the staples feature an 11.4 mm crown (flat head) and 14 mm leg length. The wire is zinc coated (galvanised) to resist surface corrosion; the galvanising process is applied in accordance with EN 10244‑2 and coating quality meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 1461 for zinc coatings on steel products. The staples are supplied as full strips suitable for friction/impact drive in manual and pneumatic staple guns that accept T‑type staples. There are no threaded or headed features on these staples—the flat crown provides even bearing and good pull‑through resistance in sheet and fabric materials.
