This is a 1 litre gravity-feed air spray gun designed for manual finishing and coating tasks where a compact, easy-to-use pneumatic sprayer is required. The gun features a die-cast aluminium body with a 1 litre aluminium cup and a polished/chrome plated exterior for easy cleaning. Fluid needle and nozzle components are manufactured from stainless steel to resist corrosion and wear. The air inlet uses a 1/4" BSP thread compatible with UK compressor fittings (to ISO 228-1 / common BS/DIN thread practice). Controls include adjustable fluid metering and an air-fan control for switching from narrow to wide spray patterns, plus a separate air-flow trigger. Recommended operating pressure is typically around 2–4 bar (30–60 psi) depending on material viscosity and nozzle choice; the gun will accept standard nozzle sizes used for general-purpose finishing (nozzle/needle sets commonly range from about 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm to suit thin to medium-bodied materials).
