This 6 tonne hydraulic bottle jack is a single-acting, hand-pumped lifting device designed to raise heavy loads up to 6,000 kg in confined spaces. Its primary use is to lift vehicles, agricultural machinery, plant equipment and other heavy assemblies a short distance for maintenance, repair or positioning where a compact, vertical lift is required.

The jack is manufactured from heat-treated carbon steel with a welded cylinder and a hardened chrome-plated ram for wear resistance. The exterior is finished in a corrosion-resistant enamel/powder coat to protect against workshop conditions. The ram includes a screw-extension (fine thread) to provide additional lift and fine height adjustment, and the release valve features a knurled control for smooth lowering. Operation is by a removable two-piece pump handle that locates into a detent drive socket on the pump housing, allowing positive manual pumping and quick release.

Designed and produced under an ISO 9001 quality system and conforming to relevant CE/UKCA safety requirements, the jack incorporates standard industry safeguards such as a pressure relief/overload valve to reduce the risk of over-pumping.
