Its primary use is rapid surface preparation at weld seams and adjacent areas, where mechanical removal of oxides and slag is required to inspect or prepare the weld for further processing.

This 250mm brush is fitted with crimped stainless steel wire bristles, manufactured from AISI 304-type stainless steel for good corrosion resistance and a long working life. The bristles are securely anchored into a robust steel backing plate which is set into a shaped hardwood handle with a protective lacquer finish for comfortable hand contact and improved grip during repetitive use. Overall length is 250mm; the head design and crimped wire give effective cleaning action while the stainless material reduces contamination and rust transfer. Thread type, head type and drive are not applicable for this hand tool.
