This product is a 9 mm x 1.25 right‑hand split die manufactured from high speed steel (HSS) and intended for cutting or repairing external metric threads on bars, studs and bolts. Its primary use is to form or restore M9 × 1.25 threads (1.25 mm pitch), commonly found where a finer-than-coarse metric thread is required, using a standard die stock holder.

The die is produced from M2 grade high speed steel, providing the hardness and hot‑work resistance required for cutting operations. The thread form conforms to the ISO metric 60° profile and is compatible with the common ISO/DIN thread standards (ISO 261 / ISO 965 and DIN 13).
