The Blow Out Pump for Resin System is a manual hand pump designed to deliver a controlled burst of air for hole cleaning and cartridge priming when installing chemical anchors and resin fixings. Its primary use is to remove drilled-hole dust, grit and moisture, and to clear static mixers and injection ports before resin is injected, ensuring correct adhesive contact and full bond development for dowels, rebar and threaded anchors.

The pump body is manufactured from anodised aluminium alloy for a durable, corrosion-resistant finish. Internal wetted components use stainless steel (AISI 316) to resist common resin chemistries, while seals are supplied in NBR (nitrile) as standard with Viton (FKM) available on request for greater chemical compatibility. Inlet and outlet connections are 1/4" BSPP threaded to ISO 228-1, making the unit compatible with industry-standard hoses and fittings. The pump operates as a single-stroke hand unit with a quick-release outlet coupling and an internal non-return valve to retain pressure between strokes.

Typical applications include pre-installation hole cleaning and cartridge priming on construction and civil engineering sites, structural anchor installation in concrete and masonry, façade and curtain wall fixings, mechanical and electrical fixings, and maintenance work where chemical anchors are used.
